Valley-Mount Sinai Comprehensive Cancer Care Welcomes Sharsheret

As part of its commitment to being culturally sensitive to the needs of our patients and their families, members of Valley-Mount Sinai Comprehensive Cancer Care recently underwent Cultural Competency Training with June Mandeville-Kamins, LCSW, Senior Support Program Coordinator for Sharsheret.
 
As part of its commitment to being culturally sensitive to the needs of our patients and their families, members of Valley-Mount Sinai Comprehensive Cancer Care recently underwent Cultural Competency Training with June Mandeville-Kamins, LCSW, Senior Support Program Coordinator for Sharsheret.  
 
Sharsheret is a national non-profit organization supporting women who have been diagnosed with breast or ovarian cancer, their families, and those at high risk.  While Sharsheret has special expertise in issues facing young Jewish women and their families, their programs serve all women and men.
